Everyday Tools is operated by MD Labs. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other users, or use it to process content you don't have the right to handle.

Tool accuracy and your responsibility

Tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We test each calculator's core formulas, but results should be independently verified before you rely on them for anything with real consequences — financial, medical, legal, tax, or employment decisions. See our Disclaimer for more on this.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and written content (including guides) belong to MD Labs unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to any page. Don't copy the site's content or code wholesale for republication elsewhere without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and tools working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time, including without prior notice.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on third-party infrastructure (currently Vercel) and may in the future use third-party analytics or advertising services. Those services have their own terms, which apply alongside ours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Tools and MD Labs are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including reliance on any calculated result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
